Biography:
Ryan Boettger received his PhD in Technical Communication and Rhetoric from Texas Tech University. His current research areas include curriculum development and assessment, technical editing, STEM education, and grant writing. His research has appeared in premiere technical communication and writing studies journals.
Dr. Boettger is also the co-creator (with Stefanie Wulff, University of Florida) of TechCorp, a linguistic corpus of student technical writing. The current version of TechCorp contains 4,039 texts written by 423 students.
