Donoxti Baylon

Donoxti Baylon is a Visiting Assistant Professor at ESSEC Business School, at the Accounting and Management Control Department. His research is on the sociology of organizations, especially dynamics of control and occupational resistance through technology. His dissertation was on the role of a practice in structuring an occupational community, and how the introduction of a digital transformation created dynamics of occupational resistance in the production, circulation, and consumption of knowledge in a large and distributed organization. He has studied diplomatic genres.
